Hi! I'm Yuki

I am a junior at the University of Michigan. I am majoring in Statistics and Biology, Health and Society while minoring in Writing.

Besides schoolwork, some of my favorite things are: Thanksgiving, coffee and libraries. Thanksgiving has been my favorite holiday since I was a child. Especially after moving away from home for college, Thanksgiving is one of the rare occasions that my entire extended family gets together to have a meal. Secondly, being a typical sleep deprived college student, I have developed a strong dependency on caffeine. You probably would never see me studying or doing work without a Starbucks Caramel Macchiato. Lastly, I am a total sucker for any library that has tall ceilings and natural light. My favorite library of all time is the Bryant Park Library in New York City. That specific library was my go-to study spot throughout high school and I still visit the library at least once every time I travel back home on breaks. One of my goals in life is to have a home library that has glass windows in order to provide optimal natural lighting.
